Yes. For that, go to "printer properties" and select the "Printing Options" separator. In "Paper", click on the arrow and a list of options will show up: on "other size", you should select "Fit to New Paper Size" and then the "A3" option. To select the paper type, click on the arrow again and choose the "Plain" option if you want normal paper, or "Lightweight Cardstock Reloaded" if you prefer a thicker, more resistant type of paper.
On the LTI's printer, there are no A5 size sheets, so do not select that option on the "printing ptions". Se if you would like to print in A5 size, you should have your work in half of an A4 document. Then, after printing the document in A4, ask us to cut the sheet in half and you will get an A5 sized document. In case you want more than one copy of that work, you can put your work doubled in an A4 document- that way, you will only pay half the price.
If you are printing from a PowerPoint, select "Printer Properties" on the "Document Options" separator and then select "2 Pages per Sheet". If you are printing from a PDF, select "Multiple" on the "Page Sizing & Handling" separator and then choose the number of "pages per sheet" you desire.
You should have a user account associated to your IST-ID. In order to create it, go to room 4 and talk to the collaborator present in the room. You will need your Técnico card. Your username will be your Técnico ID ("ist******) and the password will be the one the collaborator tells you on your first login, but should then be changed by you as soon as you login (pay attention to the rules for the new password- question 6).
The password should be composed by at least 7 characters, and it should also have (at least): one capital letter, one lower-case letter and one number. It can't contain any of your names, nor be the same as any previous password of that account.
Please go to room 4 and talk to the collaborator so that he can reactivate your account.
Please go to room 4 and talk to the collaborator so that he can reset your password. The collabortor will give you a new password for a new login, and once you login, it will ask you to write a new password (please pay attention to the password rules- question 6).
In this situation, there is no use in trying to write your password again. Go to room 4 and explain the situation to the collaborator in the room, who will try to fix the problem.

Go to room 4 and describe what you lost to the collaborator in the room, indicating the day and room where you lost your belonging. If what you lost is in our lost and founds, the collaborator will ask for your name and IST number before he delivers it to you.
